Deputy Health Minister for Administration, Norwu Howard, is currently in Kigali, Rwanda. Minister Howard, who is representing the Health Minister, Wilhelmina Jallah is among other African Health Ministers. The Ministers are looking at Africa’s agenda for accomplishing Universal Health Coverage. Liberia is among countries on the African Continent, making tremendous effort to achieve the UHC.
