In remarks, Health Minister, Whiliemina Jallah thanked the partners for their many support to Liberia and attributed same to progress made so far in the health sector.

Minister Jallah said Liberia endeavors to take its personal decision as to what happens in the health sector, but will still depend on the support and guidance of the partners.

She named the restoration of full emergency service, the strengthening of human resource, primary healthcare system, the installment of fire safety equipment at all government’s run facilities; effective drugs supply system among others as some major priorities of the pro poor agenda for development and prosperity at the Ministry.
