HR Handbook and Guideline Validation Workshop
The Ministry of Health under the auspices of the Human Resource Unit along with stakeholders (Partners and CSA) conducted a one-day validation process of its employees’ handbook, at the Mamba point Hotel in Monrovia, on Friday, November 10, 2017. The handbook has been developed for all MoH employees including clinical, support and administrative staff both at the central and county levels. The ultimate goal of this exercise is to ensure that every MoH employee is sufficiently informed about their work-related rights and obligations so as to create an organized, harmonious, safe and productive workplace that supports the realization of Liberia’s health aspirations, goals and targets.
As a result of the validation the MoH employees’ handbook will now be a policy document that will serve as a compass for the organization’s policies and procedures. Click here for more pictorials.
